1.open internet explorer
2.on the TOOLS menu
3.on the CONNECTIONS tab,click LAN settings,and then ADVANCED
4.Delete any entries in the EXCEPTIONS section,and then click OK.
5.close INTERNET EXPLORER.
6.Run CMD.exe,Run as Administrator
To Set Proxy Type:
netsh winhttp set proxy 172.31.16.10:8080 then enter
Restart the Service as Below:
netsh stop wuauserv OR net stop wuauserv
netsh start wuauserv OR net start wuauserv
